Damages and issues
If your order has arrived damaged, the product or packaging is defective, or your order doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to us using our contact form. Refunds
If a refund is processed (partial or full), a notification will be provided via email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve notified you of your refund, please contact us using our contact form.
